Can't start Mass Effect Legendary Edition Download - Xbox Game Pass

Question

I'm subscribed to Xbox Game Pass, I'm unable to download Mass Effect Legendary Edition, the download option doesn't appear for me.

After contacting EA support and going through all the troubleshooting steps (Delete cache, reinstall EA app, restart my internet/network, use a different DNS provider... etc) I was told that this is a possible bug and wad advised to open this thread.

The bug seems to be effecting countries in the Middle East and Poland.

I'm using:

1- Windows 11 latest updates to date

2- EA App downloaded from EA directly, latest version

3- Xbox Game Pass Ultimate

Hello&nbsp;@EA_Illium&nbsp;I'm not using any Proxy/VPN services, have a direct connection to the Internet. Please remember that I'm able to download all other games except for ME-LE.

I have the same problem and tried all the above - the issue is affecting this game only . I dont have a proxy or VPN and I am located in the middle east&nbsp;

just reinstalled EA app, told me the game was removed from my library. still in gamepass, cant run it, says its by another user account downloaded on the same system...ea seriously? same account only 1 user, same email liked.
