Alright then lets try the Microsoft Troubleshooter. Check if you see the games in there that cannot be installed or if there are any unknown programs that you can fix.
I've been talking with Xbox support about this issue who are updating me via email everyday. They asked me to try to launch the apps again and they didn't work. I tried to clear the cache for EA destop again and launched the game again and this time it came up with an ORIGIN ERROR message saying "Invalid License".
Was wondering if this could potentially be amended on your end?

I know it's not about the installs, but I wanted to use the troubleshooter any to see if any errors popped up regarding the registry and if the tool would fix them @Ducckd.
As for the Invalid license, could you let me know which games give this error message and if you had an EA Play subscription in the past that now expired?
- 4 years ago@EA_Jason Hey,
The troubleshooter didn't pick up on anything.
I had ea play on origin before. When I realised it was included on game pass for pc, I cancelled the subscription as I had game pass as well.
The invalid license error has gone away when I tried to load the game up now but it was for the games I had downloaded before on origin that I was receiving this error. I don't remember all the games i had installed on origin but Battlefront 2, Jedi fallen order and A Way Out are definitely not launching. - EA_Jason4 years ago

What happens when you try to download them? Do you click the button, they get added to the download queue and nothing happens?
You can also click on the download queue and press the download button for your games there.

Oh yeah I see, that's totally my bad as I misread and I was trying to go too fast, sorry about that.
I just had a more in depth look into what's happening and I think that there might be something happening with the entitlements that's blocking you from downloading the games on the EA app.
You also mentioned that you already reached out to out support team, but unfortunately I won't be able to make the changes to resolve this through the forums.
I'd hate to ask, but could you reach out to them and mention that I said to have a look at the entitlements for these games @Ducckd?
- 4 years ago@EA_Jason Just finished a chat with the support team. They did not seem to understand what looking at the entitlements means and proceeded to journey through all the previous troubleshooting I have already done.
Once they realised I'd been here a hundred times they told me all troubleshooting methods have been exhausted and sent me on my way.
He was uninterested in checking the entitlements.
Send help :P

I definitely would send help if I could @Ducckd!
To be honest I am not 100% certain that the entitlements are causing the issue, but it is definitely worth looking into as I've seen similar things in the past on the EA app.
If it is not too much bother, could you reach out again?
- 4 years ago@EA_Jason I have got back in touch with an agent since a month ago I had attached my msinfo and DxDiag information as they requested.
I was supposed to hear back from them after 72 hours so a month without any word was good.
After speaking with the agent today, I have found that there appears to be nothing wrong with my computer according to the files I attached I was then asked to perform another clean boot which brought no new results.
Pls don't send me back to the agents. The majority are half-wits.
The agents a month ago wouldn't log into my account and launch the games as the download would be too long for them.
