COMMAND AND CONQUER ULTIMATE COLLECTION WONT DOWNLOAD GAMES JUST KEEPS PREPARING

Hello @KoaDai and @Azoroth87, I'm so sorry this has happened to you! Have you tried using the 'repair game' option? If not, on the game's avatar in the EA app, there should be 3 dots in the top right corner. Click on it and select 'repair game'. It should stop the preparing or at least quicken it and make your game playable within 24 hours.
