Constant Crashing

The app will run for 5-10 minutes and crash, I don't have time to download any updates for games or new games and I have to babysit the app to restart it every time it does crash. I've tried running as Admin and complete uninstall and re install. I also tried shutting down every background app through the task manager but nothing works. I tried to go through the contact EA route from the main website but the stupid AI couldn't recognize what I wanted and wouldn't redirect me to a representative but that's for another thread.
