Credit card not validating but being charged

Hi, 

Looking on here for help. I'm trying to buy a few things in the EA app, got to payment and put the correct details in. Tried multiple times as I thought maybe it was the postal code capitalization that was making the error happen. Then checked my banking app... I have 5 $1.00 charges frrom EA help. 

What is happening?? The payment never worked, looking for answers now.
