@keith45678390 i have the answer and there's no trouble for you
you just need to go to regedit from windows search on W10 and press CTRL + F and type: EA Desktop
from now on you delete all the registry info with the name of EA Desktop from regedit and everytime you delete the registry, just need to continue with CTRL + F and Enter so you'll delete all registry info, and go testing if the EA Desktop Installer will work or not
PS: CAREFUL ON WHAT YOU'RE DELETING, YOU CAN DO SOME DAMAGE ON WINDOWS AND WILL NEED TO REINSTALL THE WINDOWS ONCE AGAIN, SO JUST DELETE THE EA DESKTOP REGISTRY ENTRYS!!!!
