DLC Purchased via Key Not In Library, Support unresponsive
I got Spore: Galactic Adventures from a key my friend bought me. I redeemed the code and chose not to download it right now. It is now not in my library, and the page listing just says I can buy the game. I already have the game. I contacted support and they said it is in my library. I told them I can't find it and they said to contact the retailer. The retailer has not responded, but it is very obviously NOT the fault of the retailer. If the game is in my library on EA's side, then the app is having some sort of problem, not the code that successfully redeemed.
I cannot redeem the code again as it says it has already been redeemed (which it has) and I am completely lost as to what I should do. EA support is not helpful in the slightest. Please please help me play this game.
