I've got Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 3 days ago and started downloading BF1. it take me two days to download. now when i try to launch it all i get is an error saying

Your game failed to launch
Double check your connection, or try again later.

I tried running App recovery and reinstalling EA Desktop.

Please help me.

The live support chat couldn't help me with this issue and recommended to make a post on the forums and report this issue as a Bug from the EA App. It's really frustrating that I've paid money on all these games and can't play. I went as far as buying Titanfall 2 on Steam but of course that didn't work either so I refunded.
