"download error", clear cache and my game disappear
So i bought FC24 today, the Ultimate Version and i redeemed it on ea app. The game wouldn´t start downloading and it shows a message saying "download error".
When i googled it, EA HELP suggested to clear cache, so i did and now my game is no longer on my library and the key says that the game as been redeemed.
I´ve tried all afternoon to get some help, but no one answered a single ticket or report.
What can I do?
