Download Error

While downloading Fc25, suddenly EA app said restart and I did what was tried but when I said restart, a screen appeared saying it was downloading and then I waited for it to download but it never went past 0% even though I waited at least 30 minutes. What should I do?

    I'm worse, I had multiple problems, not only I can't download a game I did pay, but also I can't see images inside app, like the app is not showing me pictures of games at the store, so annoying. I did cache, I did restart, I did reinstall, I did **bleep** everything dawg.
