EA Account Email change

I would like to unlink my old school email which i don’t have access to anymore from my account, and link my new email so I’m able to get twitch drop packs…

    Hi, I have a question about my sons EA account where it seems that the e-mail to the parent for verification is not sent at all. Have tried to change the password and that works, but all the time it get stuck in the verification code from the parent e-mail. The e-mail is correct but not sent. this was created via xbox in 2021. It seems impossible to get in contact with you to solve this problem in person EA_Lanna​

    Hi Turboderian​, 

    If the Login Verification codes aren't coming through for you, can you make sure:

    • Your inbox isn’t full.
    • It's not gone through to the spam or junk folder.
    • You or the service provider hasn’t blocked emails from EA.

     

    If those steps haven't helped with receiving those emails, you may need our support teams' help with that, too. I've custom-created a link to help you connect with them. Click on this link and scroll down to the heading "Still need help." Can you see the live chat option?
