Is the EA App prompting you to enter your password to let it make changes, or to log in? If it's the first, you'll need to enter your computer's password, not your EA account's.
Otherwise, please try clearing the EA App's cache and double-checking if the email address you're signing in with matches the one in your Account Information page.
