Summarize your bug Whenever I open the EA App, I get a blank screen which never progresses to any other page. This prevents me from playing games or going to the store.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Either open the EA app or try and open a game through Windows
What happens when the bug occurs? EA app will just show a blank screen.
What do you expect to see? The EA app store or games library.
If I try and open a game from Windows, it will open to the same blank screen, but it will additionally close soon after with no error message.
I have tried reinstalled the EA App, but nothing changed.
