EA APP bug: it is impossible to download Need For Speed: Rivals

Summarize your bug EA App client tries to download Burnout Paradise instead of NFS Rivals
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1) Launch the EA App and log in. 2) Try to download NFS Rivals on the PC. 3) The app asks to specify the directory for Burnout Paradise. If you continue the download, the app will download Burnout Paradise (it is not a visual bug).
What happens when the bug occurs? The EA App downloads the wrong game
What do you expect to see? I expect to see NFS Rivals installed on my PC and the ability to play the game I own

    I also have this issue. It super frustrating since I bought the game and I want to be able to play it...

    I have the same problem and I reported it too, they told me it was a bug in EA App and that they would fix it.

    Then they didn't answer again and closed the case, that was at the beginning of November 2023, but a month later it still hasn't been fixed.

    The truth does not surprise me, every online store that EA does somehow manages to be worse than the previous one, and not even buying it on Steam works, because it still occupies the EA App DRM that does not recognize the game.
