Hi everyone,🤗I downoaded the new Ea app and it deleted Origin. But When I type my email address and my password in, and then press sign in, the window disappears and nothing is happening even if I wait for hours. I contacted EA help, but they sait that there is nothing wrong with my account, so they suggested to delet the app and then reinstall. So I did that, and it is still not working.I don’t know what to do😩If you have an idea why am I have this issue, please comment down below.Thank youHave a nice day y’all♥️

Hey @tofifi10 if you open Task Manager do you see the EA app running in the background when this occurs?

I try to log in to the app and it keeps sending me back to the log in each time and i have pressed Keep me logged in almost a million times now

you could try something that works for me everytime for some reason and that is to go and download origin again and when it is done whit the instal log in to origin and you will get the pop up asking you to download ea app and when you agree to it it will automaticaly remove the origin app you just downloaded and it will open the ea app straight to the home screen..... hope this work around works.
