EA app crashing instantly after launched, cannot access or play any EA games!!!

This problem has been arround for far too long. I CAN`T ACCESS MY LIBRARY AND PLAY THE GAMES I BOUGHT!!!!!! Has started since the update that changed the orange icon to the blue icon. The app liter...

Hello brother. Nothing worked... But... it turns out, as a last resort, i came with an idea and i just unplugged a 8BitDo controller dongle from a USB port in my PC and it magically started working again, lol. I mean, If it is plugged, it does not open. As soon as i disconnect the dongle, it opens normally. I really hope this is what is causing the issue and nothing more. I was already thinking about a full PC formatting. When i open the app and connect the ongle back, it stays up normally. So i guess it has something to do with the dongle.. but dont know what. Any guess?

Contacted chat already. Sent them, but the solutions did not work. We where like for 3 hours straight trying to solve but nothing worked. Although we were able to identify it has something to do with the windows user as when i turn it on another user in the same PC, it works. But i dont want to keep switching users just to play a game. I want it back to normal on my main account. Whats do you suggest? Do you think this is solvable with a future app update (As this started happening when the app updated some months ago)?

  Hey XetereX, I'm glad you figured out what was causing the issue. I've seen others mention that unplugging USB devices fixed the problem for them as well, so it's likely that your USB device was the cause of the EA app crashing.

    Hello,
    Is there a reason why something plugged into a usb port would cause this issue? Did something update with the EA app recently(like within a month)? The reason I ask is because I can't launch Madden 26 at all. I've reset my PC back to start, re-installed Madden and EA app and it just crashes at the splash screen. Plus, I've always had my game controller plugged in prior to all this happening before.
