DO NOT install the EA app. I installed it and it deleted Origin and ALL my games, when I tried to access a game it wanted me to pay for them all again. My game library was empty. I had to uninstall the EA app, re-download Origina to play. What are EA playing at?
oops ignore last reply, packs all installed now, I had to log out of EA app and restart my pc. tried again and everything was installed. Got there in the end 🙂

Let's check to see if it's installed in the app. Try going to Manage > Manage Add-Ons. Is it installed there? Also, do you have the CAS demo currently installed? Thanks!
I have restarted my computer uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have signed out and refreshed multiple times and I still haven't been able to recover my packs.

Yes, I did everything, but nothing changed. I also tried to install the game again, but there is only a base, I mean without my additions, it tells me to buy it again
