    @Wiadson Yet another fix is if you have installed any antivirus such as Malwarebytes, uninstall it and check if the issue is resolved.

Go to Settings > Network & Internet > advanced Network Settings > more Settings > Network reset.

Then restart your PC. It fixed it for me like that.
