Had this problem to and i fixed it!
1. Search for EA in the windows search bar.
2. Right click on it and press "open file location"
3. Run "App Recovery" and then "EA Updater" (Make sure EA App is closed)
4. Should run automatically or just run EA app manually.
This worked for me...
