Community Manager@alexandrosdallas Are you launching it through the Xbox App, or the EA App? Have you tried both? Can you provide us with what troubleshooting steps you have tried on your end?
@EA_Shepard I have tried both the EA app and the Xbox App. Same outcome.
This is for Fifa23.
Steps:
- Turn on PC
- Login to Windows
- Open Xbox app or EA app, click FIFA23 - OR double-click the icon on the desktop.
- Splash screen of Anticheat pops up for a few seconds, then disappears.
- A Message box appears, with title "Error" and text "Origin is not installed, and is required to play your game. Please reinstall Origin."
