Which client functionality are you experiencing this bug with? Application Installer
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 11.20.2023
Summarize your bug I can download the installer and click to run it but I continuously get an error code INST-14-1618 when it seems to be almost finished "preparing". I've attempted to end duplicate tasks via task manager which gets me in the downloading process longer but I end up getting an error INST-14-232.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Apparently error 1618 means there is a duplicate installation running so possibly trying to run two installations at the same time?
What happens when the bug occurs? The app installer ceases its progress and asks if I want to send a report in for the issue before closing the window.
What do you expect to see? I want to know how to get around this issue or the easiest way I can resolve this. Preferably without having to download outside programs.

I've tried running it as an administrator both in my downloaded files folder and in task manager but it still gives me the same error. Inst-14-1618.
