EA app error "DisplayName field missing from registry"

Trying to launch the Sims 4. I played for 5 hours yesterday and today I cannot launch the game. I legally own every pack. I typed in my username and password multiple times. It accepts it, redirects me to the EA App, when I press play it spawns back up. 

While I am here, I also had the downloading issue other people are mentioning about a week ago when I bought the new urban outfits kit. It eventually worked after restarting my entire computer. Same cannot be said for this issue. Please advise.
