This is the only launcher or application that don't keep logged in, it's so annoying to have to login every single time... I would like to know if the product manager ever tried any other launcher or application in his life... all of them have your login / password saved and auto log you in... It's so stupid!
I cleared my local EA Launch Helper cache and it started remembering my credentials. Might work for you.
- On your keyboard press the Windows + R keys at the same time.
- In the Run window that pops up, enter %localappdata% into the text box.
- Navigate to the EALaunchHelper folder and open it up.
- Delete all the folders you see, for me there was only the cache folder so I just deleted that.
If anyone tries this, let me know if it works for you.

Yup, that works, thanks a mill 🙂
- dk1864dizzy2 years agoSeasoned Newcomer@dk1864dizzy Well, next day, it asked for my credentials again ☹️
- BabyReflexes2 years agoSeasoned Newcomer
Dang it, same thing happened to me. I did try one more thing though and it has been working so far (knock on wood) and hasn't asked for my credentials for a couple days. I have the game through Steam and noticed that the desktop shortcut for the game was pointing to the executable of the game and not configured as a Steam shortcut. I deleted the shortcut and then added a desktop shortcut from Steam itself and it has been working great so far. If you have the game on Steam, try doing the same.
Edit: I also deleted the cache before doing this as well, don't know if that's important or not but worth noting.

I'm asked to sign into my EA account every single time, even though I've selected 'Keep me signed in'. Becoming a bit tedious now.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance!
- 2 years ago@F1speedfreak I have the same issue. Nobody replies at EA Support.

This bug has been bugging me for the better part of the year. As clearing the cache has been something I didn't bother with so far, thought I might give it a go. So I closed EA app, made sure no EA-related processes are running in the tray/task manager and then followed your steps. Next time after reboot it didn't prompt me for my login.

Hi, I'm relatively new to gaming. Is clearing the cache okay to do? Also, the EA app sometimes asks me for login details. Do you think carrying out this step may assist me? Thanks.
- 2 years ago@mucalmighty thanks, dude! relaunched this cursed app few times after your suggestion and it worked!
Hey BabyReflexes!
Thanks for the suggestion! I did try this several days ago but unfortunately it didn't make any difference. I checked the EALaunchHelper folder just now and whilst before it did have the cache folder (which I deleted), the folder is still empty - cache subfolder hasn't been recreated so it's not actively being written to.
Might there be another cache folder that needs zapped?
Thanks again!

This worked for me. Thank God there is some smart people out there, because EA offcial support is a bunch of liars and don't have the slightest clue about anything related with their painful crapware.

This worked for me as well.
Thanks!

Hey All,
Great to hear that this has been working for you. If you still run into any issues like this after these steps let us know specifically what happens!
The more info you can provide the better!
Cheers!
- 1 year ago@EA_Shepard Does not work for me. EA App is launched on startup. Every boot it keeps asking to login even if I have successfully logged in the previous time the system was on. After every log in, I get the T&C page.
Version is 13.202.0.5715

Worked for me as well. Thanks!

For me it didn't work.
I cleared that folder two times.
At next windows reboot, again credentials are required.

Clearing cache folder did NOT work for me. Windows 10 22H2 updated as of May 15, 2024.
EA Launcher ver. 13.188.0.5701. Reinstalling launcher did NOT help either.
Every time I start the app I get either 1) login or 2) accept EULA in an endless loop no matter what I do.
For me it's exactly the same. The laucher asks me to log in or to accept EULA every single time the application is started. Version 13.202.0.5715, as others cleaning up the cache did not work.
I'm just going to remove the launcher from autostart.
