EA app immediately crashes

Whenever I open the EA app it says "Connecting to the EA app" for half a second then crashes. I have tried reinstalling and repairing. Please help, Thank you

Terrible blur in EA App
I have terrible font blur in EA App. I tried to fix this via ClearType, high DPI settings, windows 7/8 capability modes and checked my nvidia settings. Nothing helped.
