Every time I try to install it, it gives me this screen
I had the same issue and the following worked for me: I checked all the "Microsoft Visual C++..." under "Apps" and choosed "Repair" where it was available. I restarted my computer and then the installation went just fine.
I solved it!
It may be with your name having ö ä å or something like that.
Download the EA app into a hard-drive while being in guest "mode"
and it should work perfectly!
im trying to play fifa but when i get pass anti cheat it needs me too choose a file as normal when i press the file the game crahes ive reinnstalled ea and also pressed repair many times it wont work any help?
First I got the inst-21-577 error, which was solved by running the installer as admin. Then I instead got the inst-21-32 error.

I solved the problem, I changed my password forty times before I solved it, deleted and uploaded it or searched youtube videos. but there was no solution. The real solution will be to log in with the e-mail address we first connected to the damn steam and ea account. To find this, it will be to make the steam connection from the import friend section at the bottom right of the ea application. If it is okay, it will direct you to the internet browser. I realized that I had connected the e-mail address, I was lucky because I remembered the password of the e-mail address. @Ajjemen it'll never happen. The executives don't care, as long as they're not paying them like they used to. They care about their bottom line, not our experience as gamers.
@qoeahwounxyo I no longer have access to emails I had when I first experienced the Origin or EA Apps. I even changed my email over on Steam, but don't use that interface for EA games. Lucky for you.
I entered a BBB complaint about this, because I have spent over $1k here on EA, and they're screwing us out of everything here by not fixing this thing. I had one tech tell me to contact Microsoft. TF do they have to do with this? These techs are allowed to be as rude as they wanna be, because most of them aren't in the U.S. Even if they were, you can't identify them anymore, and nobody cares anyway.
I got it to install, it stopped showing error 500, but I can't see any of my games. This has been going on since March, and I just want my money back and never to deal with EA again.
I'm trying to download the EA app on my PC, and it will not install. I keep getting a INST 14-126 Error, and it tells me to report it to the droids. Do you have any Idea what this error code is? I wrote the Help center, and they weren't much help. I can't play my games at all! It's been a couple of months already and I have spent almost 1k on these games. It's Frustrating. If you know, a reply would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
