How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Download the EA app from EA's website, click on the EAAppInstaller.exe that downloads.
What happens when the bug occurs? The app is blocked by Microsoft Defender Smartscreen, and even when Microsoft Defender Smartscreen is disabled, and I attempt to run the installer again, a prompt comes up saying 'This app can't run on your PC'.
What do you expect to see? The installer to run.

This is also the first time attempting the download / run an application has prompted the Microsoft Defender Smartscreen.
