EA App Installer Won't install EA App

Summarize your bug Whenever I try to install the EA app it shows up with an error saying that "Something went wrong... The EA app encountered an error and couldn't finish installing." This happened randomly as the EA app stopped working on my computer so what I did was I went to the EA uninstaller and uninstalled it but when I tried to install it again it now shows up with this error, I have made sure that all the files and everything from the old EA app are gone and everything. I have tried running it as administrator having it delete origin but it still didn't work. This is really annoying for me as I need the EA app for EA play since origin won't work with the Xbox game pass EA play.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Uninstalling the EA app and reinstalling it again.
What happens when the bug occurs? Shows up with the Something went wrong... The EA app encountered an error and couldn't finish installing." message.
What do you expect to see? The installer install the EA app so I can use it.

    Hey, @CuriousWonder1  can you try a clean boot to see if any programs are messing with EA App.

     

    Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?

    @antchuck I've managed to get it working by:
    Restoring my TEMP to default - I used to have it on a different drive to prevent trashing system ssd.
    Enabling windows managed paging file - I have enough RAM to run fine most of the time without it. Guess EA app is special and requires way more RAM for some reason...

    Same problem here.  Windows 11.

    Purchased Blade 14 (2022 edition) gaming laptop and started to install games.

    No problem installing other game launchers.

    Only when i get to the EA App, error shows up,

    Ran the EAappInstaller.exe as Administrator.  No difference.

    Seriously?

    Come on EA!!!  Installation is BASIC stuff!!!
