Hey @Tranterbleu Thanks for sharing this with the community!
When you have a moment can you try the following and let us know if this continues?
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game
- Try a new user or admin account
Cheers!
Thank you @EA_Illium for getting in contact.
My PC is regularly updated so there's no problems there. The EA app is stubborn and does not wish me to own/play 'Growing Together'!
I can now play the game in offline mode but I still can't download 'Growing Together'.
I went to manage add-on's but this game is not there.
Thanks again!

I have also put my game under repair and performed recovery app and still I get the same message as above.
Does it not know that I own the base game?

Hi @Tranterbleu,
Thanks for the update! To confirm what message do you get after selecting "Confirm"?
After you hit confirm, if you go to Sims 4 in your library > Add-ons > Does it still ask for you to purchase the DLC again?- 3 years ago
@EA_Illium This is my message after I press "Confirm";
The game has not joined the list in Add-on's...
The app is currently offering me to pay £26.24 for 'Growing Together'.
