EA app is the worst I have ever worked with.

With all the problems I am having and support not getting back to me on cases involving EA's own products I am beginning to get very upset. There no curse words no hateful remarks simple statement of Facts EA has shown me no real support with the new EA app. Additionally it has caused me all kinds of issues that I have tried to solve myself yet when I ask for help I get no reply.

So here is my Feedback EA really made a mistake when they switched from Origins to EA app I had none of these issues with Origins.

    If the customer support has not offered you the needed help, have you had a chance to ask/search on this forum already? 😇

    Maybe there are players that have been through this in the past, and they can easily point out some workarounds or fixes. ❤️

    I understand that having multiple problems with the new client can be unpleasant, however it would be nice if you could point out these issues and make them visible - in case there is someone else that can help you; and in case someone else is looking for a solution as well in the future ☹️

    Looked into it saw 2 others besides my self have even seen posts on other forums of people having the same issue I am. There has still been no solution offered as of yet and the problem is occurring with material that has been purchased. I am very dissatisfied with EA's customer support  at this stage. and I know several others are as well. I mean the problem has existed long enough that individuals are seeking solutions on You tube myself included.

    I even saw 3 posts of people Boycotting EA

    This board is for reporting technical issues with the EA app client for Windows PC. Unfortunately, you haven't mentioned what issues you're experiencing with your installation of the EA app client on your PC.

    If you would like assistance from other players or from us, please provide more details about the problems you're facing. Otherwise, we may need to close the thread.

    The app updates Games that have no updates they already have newest version installed in doing so it removes all DLC repair function doesn't fix the issue and this is a Game I bought when Origins was still out right after I signed up.... EA app removes DLC from a bought game how is that legal or ethical and support has done nothing!!!!!!!

    As I just said in another forum I have just uninstalled my favorite game a game I personally created mods for. Because this app made it unplayable by deleting all my DLC 109+ hrs. of playtime in the game characters all gone. Until this is resolved I will not pay for another EA product period.
