EA App keeps crashing after a few seconds of launching

Question

The EA App keeps crashing after launching. It would open up, load for a few seconds, sometimes getting to the library page, then crashes to the desktop. No error message or anything. The EA Background Service still runs when the application is closed. I have tried reinstalling the app but still produces the same error. All I want is to play Battlefield 1 but this app is giving me a headache.

Any solutions are greatly appreciated.

Can you try following the steps in this article under "Clear the cache under Windows 10 or 11"? Hopefully it's just some cache files causing you issues.

Yes, I have done that, but the issue persists.

There are a few more things you could try:

Run EA app as an administrator.
Check for any Windows updates, and install those.
Try a clean boot in case there's a background program that's causing the app to crash.
Try a System File Check in case there are damaged or corrupted files within your system.

Even after trying the steps, the app will still close upon launching.
