EA app launch attempts are unresponsive

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure. Using my platforms (desktop, 2 laptops, and an asus rog ally) try to run any game that requires the EA app. it just wont.
What happens when the bug occurs? No windows pop up no .exe apps start. It says launching then just stops launching without error
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my purchased games playable. I paid money for them why do i need an app to launch my games?
Ive been in the forums many times about this and ive been having this problem since the origin app was replaced. Customer support had me go through some troubleshooting steps like clearing app cache by 'repairing' it. I disabled virus protection. This has also happened on other devices and before and after i reinstalled windows 11 on my pc and doing a factory restart. I thought well maybe they will work on the ROG Ally which i was hopeful for when i bought it. They wont launch there either. I paid for these games and its been about a year since ive been able to play any of them. The headache from going through all these steps every couple months when i want to try it again is getting unbearable.
