EA APP launches then closes in one second

So I have just reset my windows and now when I try to open the EA APP it sometimes doesn't even launch or it launches for 1 second then crashes or closes, please help, I have tried everything, from reinstalling, to repairing it, to Revo Uninstalling it, to switching the folder, to disabling my anti virus, I have tried almost everything, any help will be appreciated! Thank you.
