Hello,
Today i made a big mistake by reinstalling Battlefield and it installed EA play instead of my origin.
EA play does not want to login into my account:
I keep getting the error there is something wrong... there is a problem with your account
- i resetted the password
- i allowed all EA app entries in the firewall settings
- i tried logging in using my Steam account
Nothing is working
- i tried reinstalling battlefield,
- it tried reinstalling ea app
Nothing is working, so as of this moment i am completely locked out of my EA account and the games.
Booting Battlefield from steam pops up a screen, blank with EA APP BETA in the top, and window dissapears leaving me with nothing.
Is there a link to origin the older installer?
Since EA app is utterly broken and non functional.

I can't log in with my phone number, EA ID, or email address. There is nothing wrong with my account (else I wouldn't be logged into it here). I made sure everything is in a firewall exception. I made an antivirus exception for the entire folder the app is installed in. Origin will not even load. I guess you turned off the working client for this garbage. I would really like to access my game.
EDIT: Go into the folder where your game is installed and run it from the EXE. It will launch origin instead of this and you can play your game.
Everything is working again for me, even with email login.

i just started having this issue after letting my computer update..it always says theres an error with my account..i play on an hp laptop . it was working fine until the updates please fix this
