EA App not installing

EA App not installing.

I did literally everything that everyone else has done.

I also tried contacting Steam support for assistance because I had hoped I could play the Sims 4 on steam without dealing with EA's slipshod coding.

I even turned to reddit for help.

Still nothing.

This is the seventh or eighth time I've posted about this, and it's clearly not something I'm doing wrong as more and more people are having the same issue.

These same people have been ignored or told to do things they already did, same as me.

EA doesn't even offer any returns in cases like this. Going by the Steam page itself, anyone who plays just the sims 4 and has all the DLC for that game is out over $1,000.

Pretty sure most companies would take an interest in that amount.
