Hey @ghostwhite1997,I am sorry to hear that you are running into this issue.May I ask, do you know if it has worked before without issues and if this error only started to appear after an update of the EA app by any chance? Or is it a clean install of the EA app?

It’s okay, I know it’s nobody’s fault. I brought a brand new PC for this and of course downloaded the EA app clean. No updates, it’s just a new installation. Which now doesn’t work at all. And did delete my Origin app too.

I’ve now got Origin back, which has now deleted the EA app. However, trying to play my games on here. My PC meets the requirements, I’ve literally done everything to try and get the sims and other games to work and all I get is a white loading screen. Which I’m a bit worried about. I’ve repaired the game. I’ve changed it to (windows play) etc. and it’s still not working. is there anyway anybody could help me. thank you in advance.

Hey @ghostwhite1997,I am sorry, but what do you mean with a white loading screen? This topic that you created is about issues with the EA app, not Origin or a specific game.

I do apologise, the EA app doesn’t work at all. It comes up with the warning. I have tried, to get it to work. Have dealt with it and have done everything to try to get it to work. Origin now works, oddly enough. But trying to get on games. If I click on the app, go into my game library, and click on a game. Once the game tries to load, it’s a white loading screen and then it goes back to the origin app. That’s all that happens. I can’t play. Nor get the EA app to work.

I understand it isn’t your faults at all. Origin is now reinstalled and it’s just verifying my games. So I will see. And let you know.

Origin is now installed the game that I want to play it’s just a white screen everytime it loads. To play.

so at least I can get into origin. But it will not allow me to play The sims or anything.

All it is, is a white loading screen. Nothing else is happening at all. I’ve been trying lovely.

Origin actually loads and works. But I can not play any games. Every time I try to load anything up. It does not work at all.
it’ll give me the white loading screen and then goes straight back to the actual origin game library.
Would you be able to help me out with this at all?

Hi lovely, thank you for the help but I’ve already tried all this. The EA app still doesn’t work. However, Origin does.
I just can’t play any games on my origin as it’s coming up with a white loading screen and that is it. I have tried every single step to get them to work etc.

Yes. I’ve completed that re downloaded everything. Origin works fine. But I can not play any games still. Still shows the white loading screen and then goes back to origin screen

@ghostwhite1997, in that case I am afraid we are out of options and it is better to wait to see if there will be an update for Origin or the EA app that fixes these issues for you.
