Summarize your bug EA app will not open. I've been trying for hours to open it. I tried running as administrator as well and nothing happens.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to open the EA app. The cursor will act like it's opening but not do anything.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing
What do you expect to see? EA app launching or the games launching.
I've been trying all day to open this app. I've tried to uninstall the app. It comes up to ask for permission to uninstall (typical) and then does nothing. Trying to open games through their shortcuts doesn't work either. (I tried sims 3 and sims 4).
When I click on the EA app, I open the task manager and there is nothing related to EA or EA launcher.
I finally got it to work. I tried to download a new copy of the app and when it said there was already one on my computer, I told it to repair the already-installed app. FINALLY.
I shouldn't have to do this to get games I BOUGHT to work.
