Ea app not staying logged in

I have just switched over from Origin to EA app (Desktop) to play Sims games. Everytime I run the game I am having to sign in with the App even though I have the "remember me" option ticked. This is...

Hey @wildlilly1969,

How exactly are you trying to launch one of your sims games? Is this via a desktop shortcut, or directly via your My Collection screen in the EA app?

    I also have this problem  It seems though I have clicked the remember me option I sill have to fill in my address & password to start the app.

    This is from the shortcut on my desktop  or it comes up after  my screen "wakes up" 

    I am running Windows 11 and I am wondering if that is the issue.
