EA app says that "you removed this game from my library".

But this is not true at all, where can I get my free games? They are not available anymore in Game Hub

Also, there is weird text on some of them "Your EPIC subscriptions has ended. Renew your subscription to continue playing."

I had

- Slay The Spire

- Dead Cells

- SPORE

- Shantae: Half-Genie Hero

- Up All Night Digital Content

- Life of the party

- Populous 2

    Hi @finalquestion,

    We took a quick look at your account (something we don’t typically do via the forum) and noticed that all the games have been removed for a couple of reasons. It seems that some titles, including Dead Cells, are no longer available through the EA app—neither for purchase nor as part of EA Play.

    Additionally, it looks like you recently unlinked several accounts from your EA account, including an Epic account. As a result, the EA app is displaying everything correctly, and I don’t believe there are any errors in this case.

    Yes, but this does not answers the question, are they removed forever?

    For example I can't install Dead Cells

    Thank you for looking into this, just tell me yes or no now, because I don't understand.

    I owned Dead Cells in EA app(former origin) and not in EPIC, and now I unlinked EPIC account(which should be irrelevant, I owned this game in origin) and you are saying this is by design that I can no longer download this game and some others I mentioned?

    @finalquestion It seems that Dead Cells was never purchased on your account but was accessed through an EA Play subscription. I couldn’t find any record of a purchase for the game in your account history. If you believe you did own it and redeemed it using a code, feel free to share the code with me via DM, and I’d be happy to take another look for you.
