Ea App still keeps crashing when laughing the Sims 4

To this day, the EA App is still crashing, even with getting updates. Every time I launch it, it crashes, I tried clearing the cache, still crashes, I tried opening games a different way, still crashes, I tried to let it sit for a while, still crashes, ran it as a administrator, still keeps crashing, I even disabled some EA App features and went offline, and if it crashes again, I don't know what to do

And when I tried to get something from the gallery in The Sims, it would keep having the stubborn issue, forcing me to go offline and online again. 

This issue has been ongoing and I am scared to try out the new upcoming feature in the next TS4 expansion pack
