My father in law had same problem it turned out to be as simple as changing his congestion provider from BBR2 to Cubic problem solved He went into command prompt as admin to change it He pressed windows plus x and pick windows power shell admin netsh inttcp show supplement and press enter if you see BBR2 type :netsh int tcp set supplemental internet congestionprovider=cubic restart your computer and try the EA app
