EA app won’t start

Anyone have the same issue I have? EA app won’t start. It says something about a update but when I push the update button it says it has the newest update.. I have uninstall the app, and install it again and done everything ea support told me to do. 

had problems last week also but then I could at least go in to the ea app (app started)
