@bsmaff To confirm are these games from the EA Play list, or games you are trying to purchase?

These are games which are EA Play Pro games.

I have an EA Play Pro membership and can play them on Origin no problem, but can't add them to collection in EA App or download them.

I can play purchased games, but not EA Play Pro games.

So can no longer play F1 or BF and other games due to this issue.

I have reported it and raised support tickets loads of times over the past year and never been given a solution.
