As stated this has been done.
I have been contacting EA over the past year, stating that I am unable to access the majority of games on the EA App, and that the issue appears to be EA Play Pro games and adding them to my collection in order to allow me to download them.
It is not just me with this issue, as several people on the EvoWeb forum have been experiencing the same issues.
But now the Origin app has been retired, I can no longer play the majority of the games I play most and there is no way to download them.
I have been contacting EA Support about this issue ever since the EA App went live, but now this has gone from an inconvenience to a massive issue.
HI @bsmaff Thanks for this information, I can pass this on to the team. If there are other people having this issue would it be possible to have them post their details as you did above?

They have already reported to EA, and get the same s**t back like I do all the time.
We will pass it to the relevant team so they won't look at it or attempt to fix the issue, so just continue to pay us money every year with no chance to get a refund cos you can't play any of your games. - 3 years ago
Yup, I have the same issue, Origin worked perfectly, but now on the EA app, I can't even add any game from the EA Play Pass to my collection. Idk how but once I managed to add BF4 to my collection by spamming every single solution, the games in my collection are perfectly downloadable and playable, but when I try to add a new one, it just won't let me. I feel like I wasted money on a pass that doesn't even let me play games. I have previously sent a bug report. I am currently waiting for an update to fix it.

Do you have an update to this issue?
I am still unable to play game using the EA App.
The problem is with EA Play Pro games and not being able to add them to my collection in order to download - So this is now a month without being able to play any of the games which I have paid for.
Can you please provide an update to this, as many other people I know on different forums have all stated other issues with the EA App and EA Play Pro.
Origin worked perfectly, so I don't know why EA pulled the plug on it, when I have been having this issue with the EA App since Day 1.

HI @bsmaff We recently made some changes that should have clear a few different reports up, can you clear EA App's cache once more and check if this continues?

Still not working.
Is there anyway of getting Origin working again?
I would really appreciate getting my games which I paid for to actually work.
