EA app won't download on PC

Question

Ea app wasn't working so i uninstalled with a view to reinstall, as this has worked before, When i tried to download I got an error saying "the feature you are trying to use is on a CD ROM or other removable disc that is not available". I have asked support for help and none of their suggestions work&nbsp;

@djspartacus1&nbsp;Did this error happen when you installed the EA App from the website or was it installed by a game you were trying to reinstall?

@djspartacus1 I think it might be something to do with Visual C++
