EA app won't launch at all on Mac

Hey y'all! I've been having this problem since February but the EA app will not launch at all. Period. It will just bounce and then stop causing the message of application not responding. I've deleted and redownloaded the app probably like 25 times in total and have cleared the cache to no avail.

My softball is updated on Mac OS Ventura 13.74. I just want to download the base game for Sims 4 so I can do the event and then wait until I can afford my new computer to go back to it in full.
