EA app won't launch Sims 4

I have encountered this issue before however the usual solutions have not fixed it this time. I launch the Sims 4 and on my Steam library it appears as running for 30 seconds then stops and never loads.

It still will not load with my mods folder removed.

Solutions I have tried :

• Repairing using the EA app
• Deleting cache
• Uninstalling and reinstalling EA app
• Removing mods and cc

My computer doesn't need an update and I have restarted it several times.

Is there any way to fix this?
