I'm trying to buy sims 3 into the future but whenever I put in my payment info for a brief moment it says there is no connection before taking me back to the page without confirming the purchase. Anyone know how to fix this?
Have you tried purchasing from the webapp? When i try to purchase from desktop app it fails saying app disconnected go online. When I purchased from ea web app it worked
