EA App won't load my Library
I haven't played the Sims 4 for a few months now, and when I decided to reinstall it on my Macbook Air M1 (2021), I realized the Origin/EA App switch had happened in the meantime.
I managed to install the EA App and to login with my old account (not without a certain effort, to be honest). But when I went to my Library to begin the download, my only two games (TS3 and TS4) won't load, and I can't open the Game Hub to begin the download and installation.
I tried every possible solution I found on forums, to no avail (clear the EA App cache, end EABackgroundService, uninstall and reinstall the app, log out and log in again, update my Mac to Sonoma 14.5, you name it). I even tried signing up with a brand new account, just to see if I could download just the Base Game this way, but still, the loading page gets stuck and all I get is a simple blue page.
Any suggestion?
