Please try repairing the EA app.

Alternatively, download the free version of Revo Uninstaller to uninstall the EA app. Then, download it again using a fresh installer file.

@1105Cats Sorry, but didn't help ☹️ Just tried both. I even rebooted my PC between hard uninstalling and reinstalling.

    Any news about your problem ? Do you succeed to fix it by any means ?

      @Sanctuss54 No, nothing. Nothing has changed on the app and no one has ever gotten back to me. I'm preparing to move to Steam now with tons of my mods for DAO. Even GOG remembers my hours, even though the sync has been broken for almost a year now.

        @losterkun Im in contact with EA via mail, they made me clear my App cache but it didn't work so I ask them to find a hot fix... wait and see, hope they will reverse the problem. I will keep you inform just in case 😉
