Hey everyone,

I loaded into DAI, went to a single-player save (load and new save), then MP. I tried both on the EA App and Steam. I myself have no issues. If you are still running into an issue please drop the following:

  • Launcher:
  • Which client functionality are you experiencing this bug with? (Single player, Load Save, MP)
  • When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm):
  • Summarize your issue as best you can as of now:
  • How often does this occur?

Most things are pretty straight forward. I like to have as much detail as I can.

  • Launcher: Steam, EA app
  • Which client functionality are you experiencing this bug with?: Launching the game
  • When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm): 03.04.23 14:30, 02.04.23 various.
  • Summarize your issue as best you can as of now: Inadvertently repurchased on Steam (my issue, no problem). Was playing fine for several days, then began to CTD on launch with a "problem on our end error". Tried uninstalling it from steam and installing it through the EA app. I stopped receiving the error message, but am still getting CTD on launch.
  • How often does this occur?: Every launch attempt.
